PT Gandum Indonesia Bergizi -  Looking for Food Formulator (Bali)

Our company :
PT Gandum Indonesia Bergizi is a young innovative food manufacturing company, leader in Indonesia for breakfast Muesli/Granola products.
Its production facility is located in Bali.

Position : Food formulator / Food scientist

Job Responsibilities :

• to develop new recipes and new product development in regards to food applications respecting the phylosophy of the company (natural product)
• to implement new production models of new formulas on a medium scale production creating the best model of production in regards to machinery, work tasks, hygiene, pricing
• to improve formulas of existing products in terms of shelf life, pricing, texture, quality
• improve the overall sanitary of the manufacturing process
• quality control

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma Bahelor’s degree in Food Technology / Nutrition.
• previous work experience in same field is a plus
• good communication skill in english (written and verbal)
• basic excel & word knowledge
• willing to work in Bali
